- preparation of protests, appeals and complaints on public procurement matters,
- analysis of tender conformity with the Terms of Reference and the public procurement law, including advising on contesting disadvantageous ToR provisions,
- advising to the contracting authority on conducting public procurement tendering procedures (analysis of tender documents from the perspective of their conformity with the public procurement law, preparing protest settlements, preparing responses to contractors’ appeals),
- advising to contractors as to preparation of a correct tender,
- representing parties in the procedure before the President of the Public Procurement Office, the National Chamber of Appeals and courts on public procurement matters
- advising on execution, amendments, termination etc. of agreements within the scope of public procurement
