• Employment form optimization, adequately to the employer’s market situation, with special consideration of variable work intensity in particular periods and in so called emergency situations,
  • Preparing employment contracts, work rules and remunerating rules and other employment-related documents,
  • preparing service agreements, in particular enterprise management agreements (executive employment contracts),
  • preparing non-competition agreements, both during and after termination of employment and agreements on joint material responsibility for entrusted property,
  • advise on terminating employment contracts,
  • participation in negotiations of collective labour agreements and discussions with trade unions,
  • representation before labour courts in disputes with employees.
