Competition and consumer protection

  • Representation before the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection and courts on matters of concentration of enterprises (including mergers and acquisitions of companies), practices limiting competition (such as price fixing and market division) and practices in breach of collective consumer interest (such as application of misleading advertising),
  • advising and representation in matters concerning breach of provisions of the act on counteracting unfair competition, also concerning shelf charges, unfair advertisement and impairing company’s reputation on the Internet,
  • preparing and negotiation of contracts containing non-competition clauses (e.g. share transfer agreements, executive employment contracts) and representation in disputes before courts,
  • advise connected with drafting general terms and conditions of agreements used in consumer trading and representation in matters concerning abusive clauses.
