Attorney-at-law, Graduate of European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, has a Master degree of German and Polish Law, LL.M.

Specialist in national and international tax and commercial law, in particular in the field of merges, divisions and transformations of commercial companies. She has taken part in business divestiture transactions, including those involving public entities. Patrycja Fluder has many years of experience in the field of tax consulting for domestic and foreign companies. She is an author of numerous legal constructions, which enable to meet the expectations of shareholders of commercial companies in example regarding appropriate arrangement of relations between the shareholders as well as securing their corporate and financial interests. She also provides ongoing corporate services for Clients.

Professional achievements:

  • negotiations with tax authorities, representation of clients during tax inspections;
  • participation in conciliation proceedings between the Polish and German tax authorities (MAP);
  • representing clients during share acquisition transactions of companies and enterprises;
  • development of tax restructuring concepts;
  • conducting training on tax and commercial law;
  • defending board members in proceedings before the tax authorities.
