In a judgment form 10th of  January 2024 the District Court in Zamość has dismissed in its entirety the lawsuit filed against the Law Firm’s Client, which included, along with the demanded interest and procedural costs, an amount exceeding 100,000 PLN.

Another success of the Litigation and Dispute Law Department of the Law Firm Babiaczyk, Skrocki and Partners ended the proceedings conducted before the District Court Poznań – Stare Miasto in Poznań. On December 5, 2023, a verdict was issued, in which the lawsuit filed against the Law Firm’s client for remuneration resulting from the proper performance of a construction contract was dismissed in its entirety.

In July 2023, the lawyers of Babiaczyk, Skrocki and Partners drew up and filed a lawsuit on behalf of the Firm’s Client in the Regional Court in Krakow for payment of more than EUR 1,500,000, plus interest for delay and litigation costs. The claims are based on the execution and handover by the Law Firm’s Client of the object that is the subject of the construction contract, which includes a complex of warehouse, production and service buildings, as well as the establishment of contractual securities and the provision of documentation required by the client. The total value of the subject matter of the entire contract exceeded EUR 30,000,000.

On July 24, 2023. The Provincial Inspector of Construction Supervision, as a result of an appeal filed by lawyers of the administrative law team on behalf of the Law Firm’s Client, issued a decision revoking in full the earlier decision of the District Inspector of Construction Supervision ordering the demolition of a building under construction and discontinuing the administrative proceedings. Such a decision is final in the administrative course of instances. 

In July 2023, a tender was resolved in favor of the Law Firm’s Client, the subject of which was the preparation of comprehensive documentation in the nature of a feasibility study, describing the possibility and method of construction and implementation into operation of a system for the production, storage and refueling of hydrogen using a photovoltaic installation.

On November 3rd 2023, a trial in which lawyers from the litigation and insurance law teams represented the Law Firm’s Client in a dispute over the payment of Auto Casco insurance compensation for the theft of a car ended before the District Court in Poznan.
