In order to meet those needs our law firm has joined an experienced team specialized in criminal cases (mainly in economical criminal law) and family law. The new team consists of a legal attorney Anna Wolniewicz - Glapiak and Aneta Mikołajczyk - Puchalska.

As a result of the economical progress in Poland within last few years large and medium-sized companies run their businesses on an even bigger scale. Activity within those companies, especially within management boards, may result in situations which consequence may be a criminal proceeding in the area of the economical criminal law (e.g. charges of acting to the detriment of the company, fraud, passing false information in trading in securities etc.). With respect to those situations our law firm - with assistance of a highly qualified team - ensures representation to its client in the criminal cases within the above mentioned scope.  

Furthermore, the enlargement of our team shall also provide answers to frequent questions of our clients regarding  defense in their individual criminal cases which exceed the scope of the economical criminal law (e.g. criminal cases resulting from driving a vehicle).
